Whatever suits you man,what we have been doing in an effort to make things easier since the playstation side of this is still to grow is that the Ps guys that have doing marksman in game on CoD titles we have been allowing them to screenshot a picture showing the fulfilled requirements and posting it to their marksman thread.
No need for a screen shot if you do this via battlefield as the battlelog link provides the proof but we calculate kills off the total best weapon kills and weapon ribbons (to rule out possibility of explosives).
