Usually the only ones spitting on my car are in my backseat but I don't sweat that. That's what trustees are for, they get to clean my car. It's job security for them. As far as spitting on the outside of my car. I would site him in to mandatory court for public disturbance since the general public witnessed it. That way his father would have to deal with him in open court in front of everyone. Although he would have another judge take the case.
