One of the Funniest Vids I've Ever Seen

I came across this while working nights as a 911 operator... I was on the verge of passing the hell out on a slow night, found this video, and cracked up so hard that it ended up being responsible for keeping me awake... I started showing it to police officers that would come in tired and ready to go home.
