A lot of blame has been put on the leadership that is now gone. But just as much of the blame should be on the leadership above them that sat there knowing that what should be getting done wasn't happening

that being said, nobody is passing blame but for whatever reason, Smite failed and there is nobody willing to step up and lead from the Smite platoon. All leadership still in CAG do not play smite.

from a recruiting perspective, Smite is hard to gain members for. Their forums suck and are not very active. The only way to recruit effectively would be in game but for this to be a possibility, it needs active players on the game to do this in-game

it's a whole catch 22 situation

a leader can only be as effective as the team around him. If nobody is putting in the effort then nothing will get done
