That's the problem. As parch said recruitment died early on so there is less than a handful of members that play still but none that have the time to build it up.
A lot of blame has been put on the leadership that is now gone. But just as much of the blame should be on the leadership above them that sat there knowing that what should be getting done wasn't happening and trying to save something they thought was on a path of failure
