Tbh,Hobbit I would say statement im guessing statement 3 through a sort of process of elimination.
With you being Air Force I feel could possibly rule statement 1 out with possibilities of bumping into these kinds of people in your vast travels.
Statement 2 I feel would be ruled out due to recent updates on your visits to the VA due to various ailments.
So through this process of elimination im gonna call statement 3 as a fake.
