Use grips etc? I currently just use the stock controller. Was just wondering. As for headset I use the astro a50s. And they are amazing.

I'm not trying to overstep but want this clearafied for my own knowledge.

How would grips fall under the mod controller category. To me a modes controller is something that has been modified to do something for you or to cheer the game. Such as rapid fire burst fire auto/quick reload twitch and whatnot. Again this is simply my own curiousness because if we are considering grips a mod then I just wasted two hundred dollars on the Xbox elite controller.

Grip its, and any other extensions such as kontrol freaks are not mods ... they just simply help you get better grip ...

I have never heard of any Analog Grip or Controller Grip referred to as any "MOD" for Competitive Gaming sites, MLG Games, or LAN events. Modded Controllers are controllers that have illegal modifications made to them such as rapid fire/aim assistance/controllers that allow weapon swap/grenade launches/strafing at fast speeds without the use of perks. Grips are comfort items like custom headsets or gaming glasses from Gunnar Optiks.

Honestly,I could be wrong but my guess is that gypsy mentioned what he did due to XTank1x comment stating that he used the stock controller which could possibly open up the discussion to mods.Could be wrong but that's my guess,kinda knocking it on the head before it happens and making new members aware.

Correct ...but just like JB said, Gypsy im sure wanted to make sure that the "modded" controller topic never got underway .... which you now have kickstarted which was unnecessary ...
