Metal Gear Solid V: the Phantom Pain

Oh boy oh boy oh boy. This game and it's legacy.

Hopefully many of you were able to experience this series. The lore and timeline of the game is one of the craziest, I can only compare it to the story timeline of the Saw movie series lol.

This goes back to the Big Boss saga unlike MGS 4 with Solid Snake. The new graphics, actors, and story telling make this game a true masterpiece for video games. All the new mechanics and the true Open World setting of Afghanistan, and I believe Africa (haven't gotten that far yet) are incredible. You can do and play however you want and enemies change their styles to suit how you play.

I hope I get to see other CAG members get this game, because I heard Metal Gear Online on MGS V is pretty fun.

I want to check this out. I have a buddy that swears by it but I haven't played a Metal Gear game in forever. Atleast I think I played one if it was on PS2. Yahhhhh long time

You can definitely find out the major events in the timeline on YouTube. This game is near the beginning of the series timeline. It's amazing. Just the free will you have to play your style is unmatched by any other game. Totally worth 60 bucks, if you can play super stealthy.

I haven't either but if you check out the online game play as well as the campaign it honestly looks worth the money and MORE then enough to tie people over until BO3.

October 3 will have multiplayer released on the game. Great game and worth the purchase.
