yea my kids are terrors right now and im the lucky one because my wife leaves friday to go down to the lake with the chicks from work for a wedding over the weekend. I get to fight the kids all by myself lol

Blessings from above brother but some days curses from below lol such is the life of a father

Howdy Shivv and everyone else,

I cant complain about to much other than work... Long days stressful situations but i move on. So i guess all in all I am doing pretty good no Demons running around yet... someday but not yet.

and just remember Shivv it wont be like this for long they will grow up and some days you'll think they hate you but it gets better so im told.

So today fucking sucked... made an emergency pediatric appt for my little guy... something affecting his vocal cords. Cant remember what they called it... never heard of it....

THEN

my middle child had his ring slammed in a metal stall door in the bathroom at school...... 20 mins before school let out. Just got back from the hospital....
Bone is crushed at the tip
Bone fractured throughout
Nail bed severely damaged
1 of the 2 veins supplying blood to the tip of his finger damaged beyond repair
50% chance of losing the fingertip
Almost 100% chance he will never grow another nail...
Nail removed
Nailbed sutured together
Finger sutured up.

My son had football practice (1st one he's ever had) did his stretches today.

The Coach said bend down and touch the grass. My son bends down grabs 2 fistful of grass comes back up while everyone is still stretching and says "I got the grass) and went up and tried to give it to his coach all proud thinking he did what he was supposed to. All smug towards the other kis cause they were "still getting grass".
