i am also going to request the rank of Lance Corporal for you as you meet 2 of the 3 requirments.

Lance Corporal CAG Lance Corporals are members of the clan who are consistent on xbl and are eligible for fireteam leaders

In order to receive the Rank of Lance Corporal one of the following requirements must be met:

• Must have a minimum of 200 posts on the forums
• Minimum of 2 months in the Clan
  
• Must earn the Sharpshooter Badge
