I'm proxying this post for CAG Redneck. Below is the message she's asked me to convey:

"Tapatalk isn't working for me and when I try to go on the website thru safari and chrome it says forbidden. My moms iPhone is the only way for me to get on the website and I've already cleared cookies. I don't know how to fix it."

Her phone is an iPhone 6 on the sprint network. She claims that she's trying data only and not wifi because she doesn't have access to wifi.
She does not have access to a computer at this time.

She claims that other websites and apps work fine.

I'm going to help her try and troubleshoot her phone and computer, but in the meantime, she'd like this posted here in case others are having the same issue. I can relay messages in the meantime.

FIXED:

We did a few hard resets on her phone and tweaked some of the blocked site settings & parental settings. CAG Redneck is back online!

That said, anyone reading this: I am a computer nut. I do semi-IT related stuff at work, and run a computer diagnostics & repair shop on the side... anyone has issues, let me know.

Bumping this back up.....Rednek is now having problems with the site on both Tapatalk and the actual website from the android tablet he has. Any tips? It's a 403 Forbidden site error.
