Personally what id do is go with what you have listed Lazarus and save that money as theres so many games dropping end of this year and early next year.

Games like -

Gears (what you mentioned)

Rainbow 6 Siege (you'll se a lot of clan members playing this)

The Division

Black ops 3 (you already mentioned but this I would say is a must have as a lot of our CoD enthuses will be hitting this hard

Battlefront (Star wars Fps)

Battlefield 5 (as of yet a dates to be confirmed on this)

Homefront (Fps,dates to be confirmed but I know they got this in the pipeline.i played the first homefront and would highly recommend it.)

As you can see man a shit ton of games😉

On a clan basis id suggest black ops 3 as your transition to xbox will be a good one as CAG has a great bunch of guys that play the CoD series.
Anything else is really personal preference buddy,id suggest before each game drops watch a few streams on twitch of the games listed as theres nothing worse than going out and spending release price money on a game and finding out you don't like it.
Out of that list il be aiming to get all of them apart from Rainbow 6 Siege (il wait to see if the makers dont fuck up the seriousness with the gameplay surrounding single life spawns and hope they make it intense).

Like I said man,watch some footage when it leaks and see what your liable to like.
