COD Forums to discuss Black Ops 2, Black Ops, MW3, MW2 and other Call of Duty games
Maybe if we introduce ourselves and add which gamemodes we are down to play that would be easier. I myself will play either. We can set recruits up for core or Hardcore. We all want to help out our recruits.

In each recruits application they are asked what mode they are applying for ... the right "recruiter" should give the recruit the proper information and who to contact depending on each recruits preferences for the game they are applying for as well ...
When a recruit fills out an application he is instructed to subscribe to that thread as well as post any questions they have in their intro thread that is created when they first register on the site ... that is where they should be asked or they should let everyone know that they play core, hardcore or both .... Why do we have to introduce ourselves to them ? Please make me understand this ...What haven't we done already to make each recruits process of becoming an official member easy? We have set up canned replies, we have set up the forums for them to ask questions and find people to play with, they are the recruits not us, they need to show "Us" that they want to be here and one way to do that is for them to start posting on the forums so that the right people notice them ....

I am sorry i disagree. when i came in you played core with me a few times so its should be that way all the way around. if we are here to help recruits grow and push to become members then we need to play what they are comfortable playing to attain the proper badge they need. its on us to help them out in the process. now if you play a few games with them and then you say hey i had enough of core for the day then boom at least you helped out and gave it something. Me i hate the shit out of core but if im on cod i will play it to help anyone.
we as a whole need to push passed that hey i dont play this or that and give the recruits a game or 2 a day till they get their badge. if some one shows up then thats your get out of jail free card pass the baton and keep it moving. I dont know what happened to the whole recruits are first mentality that we used to have, we need to get back to that.
Then recruits need to push passed that they don't play this or that as well .... I am not going to make it a requirement for anyone to play core just to help out recruits ... We have enough core players to help recruits out ...
When you were a recruit you showed more interest than what some if not most of the recruits now are showing ... you posted on the forums, you seeked out for help and you were given help ... disagree all you want but we have never said "recruits first" there are plenty of threads on the forums where we have said it time and time again, recruits need to work to get in the clan, not us work and bend over backwards for them ...

No one should ever feel compelled to do something they don't want to do ...
In the past we "didn't" have core players in CAG, all CAG played was hardcore and just recently we started recruiting "core" players and
CAG KoruptdRicn you played nothing but hardcore with us all the time and so did all the others ...
Like I said, recruits need to show "US" that they want to be here and yes "shit has changed" in many ways, you used to be active as hell on the forums and on xbl where have you been the last few months?
Just like CAG didn't recruit "run-n-gun" style players, but when you CAG KoruptdRicn joined CAG along with others, you guys pushed for us to play more "run-n-gun" and we did, didn't we?
