So how come important stuff like this arnt sticky? That way you don't have to bump it every time it falls off the page.

All edit rights pass through cheech and ultimately these permissions and who has them are his call. For the purposes of monitoring who does amy admin work on the back end, it is much easier for only a few to have these abilities. I imagine there would be a lot to oversee and manage should a lot of officers have these powers

Edit: I am in charge of the J-1 team at present and all duties pertaining to that

In addition to the above. I also oversee all things WoT, CAG Silent is the platoon commander and the direct chain of command for all players of WoT, he reports to me and I will handle any matters in need of my attention from there
