Update On My Status

Good day Ladies and Gents,

My apologies for the lack of activity on both the game as well as the forums. I have been extremely busy bombing wildfires this year and haven't been home long enough to get any gaming in. I have flown some serious hours this year. The wife would actually murder me if I spent two weeks on a deployment and came home to game. Pretty much standard for me though, I haven't had a summer off in 20 years, and all my gaming occurs in the fall, winter, and spring. Any days off between deployments is spent loving the wife.

I have a week or so left on this tour (just saw the Abbotsford Airshow and saw the F22 Raptor look BADASS!) and two more week long shifts over the next month and you will start seeing me online. I have no idea what's been going on, what games are out, and where to even start. I will eventually start trying to catch up with all that I missed.

If if anyone wants to give me a summary (scrubs) feel free to PM me or send me an email. Before long I shall return with my special flavour of mediocrity, sarcasm, and lethargy. Laters

Well look who decided to pop in! Haha, I can give you a briefing on everything that has changed, New rules, etc. It'd be good to have you back around once you come back around. And you'd be very surprised there's a lot more hardcore lobbies now. I'll compile a list on everything for you to catch up on and send it your way shortly. Good hearing from you havoc aka the dude!

I am counting the days now. Picked up Dead Rising 3 ...mainly because I binge watched The Walking Dead while on tour and feel the need to crush zombie skulls. Also picked up Dragon Age Inquisition because why not. Then I put Rainbow Six on the counter. But, I was in the wrong town...and decided to wait until I get home for that. One more week on the road then home. Last tour of the year.

Also sold my house, and bought a townhouse, so when I get home in a week there is going to be a bit of a transition. Move out at the end of Sept. Gonna need to create a new game space. Gonna grab R6 and probably mad max. Looking forward to a long El Niño winter binging on Xbox lol

Alright, I will use this thread instead of making a new one, but a bit of an update for my xbox brothers.

Been a messed up week or so. My wife's dad was on his deathbed and she went and flew to Michigan to see him. $1700 on my visa later. Her adopted Dad she hadn't really stayed in touch much with but still.

That gets women emotional FYI for those without a woman.

Then, in true manly form, I managed to anger her with a poorly timed joke. (Puppy pee'd on me, and in front of people I said "wouldn't be the first time I have been pissed on" ....I still think it was funny lol. She didn't.

Anyway a week of angry wife and long discussions about our relationship seems to have come to a close. This happens now and again. But the smart man wont laugh and have a good time with his bro's on COD while his wife is super pissed.

This weekend I gotta make a small road trip to take my old man some stuff as he is moving soon. A few other things going on as well but minor.

So it means I won't get meaningful game time until Sunday when the wife returns to afternoons. I have been aware of the lack of activity on BO3 Bigmac and I will try to get on and help ASAP. Been wanting to recruit but my work computer is giving me grief...like only a government crap computer can.

Anyway I am still here and paying attention to the state of BO3 / xbox

It wasn't my intention to say there's a lack of activity from current roster. I'm sorry it came across that way. Family business is much more important then a game man. Everyone here understands that. Take care of your life and we will be here when u get back!!

Ahh shit lol, also wasn't my intention to sound like I was referencing that in a negative way, just want to help and give an update as to why I have been awolish. People are enjoying Division, thats cool, I would be too if I had the time. But I am back to reality with a full tine gig. My winter playcation is over lol.

Just dont want you to think you are alone. I will get on to help asap is all I wanted to impress upon you.
