To get a good sponsor and not just one that is only for "a team" requires a lot of forum activity and zero signs of any issues in the clan between clan members. In the past we have come within a simple signing of a contract for certain sponsors but the constant drama and issues that seem to always arise during the contract talks has kept us from landing very good sponsors.

Also, to get sponsors it takes a lot of hard work and people to advertise "US" on other websites while not breaking posting and advertisement rules. Everyone wants to get sponsored but they either fail to see or don't want to see how hard it is to first land the sponsor and second to keep that sponsor happy.

One more thing, a lot of sponsors want you to sign away certain site rights and basically become "part owner" of sites/forums that they agree to sponsor, "I" will never sign away anything to a sponsor just to have them sponsor us. If everyone here donated to the site we would have more money than sponsors could ever provide us with. Those donations would exceed any sponsorship without the rules and regulations that they require.

That is why Beastmode is trying so hard to get a membership going for not just clan members but also guests that register here at CAGCLAN.com. CAGCLAN.com could easily generate over $1000 if not $2000 a month which would be used for prizes and giveaways for everything from the member with the most "Fucking Hell Yeahs" to the member with the most posts for any given month.

This is why it is so important to be as active as possible on the forums, you guys don't see it but sponsors send people out to clan's websites all the time. We have had several sponsors come out of no where asking "ME" to give them our site's stats because they like what they see in terms of traffic and forum activity, but some douchebag always ends up stirring up shit and creating drama at any given time and then the sponsors see that and they back out very quickly.

Why get a sponsor that couldn't contribute what we ourselves can to this clan.

I'm telling you guys an optional VIP membership with great prizes to our members would make not only logging on the forums more enjoyable for you guys but bring more excitement to your gaming experience.

We've discussed multiple kind of prizes. Games / Gaming headsets / Consoles / Capture Cards / Gaming monitors and many more things.

And it wouldn't be just 1 member a month; how much we can give away all depends on you guys! Essentially your subscriptions would eventually pay for themselves and help Charitable organizations like the Wounded Warrior Project while helping pay for these forums and bringing new coding here like the ability to tag members like you can on Facebook or advertisements to ensure more growth for more players for you all to play with and get to know.

You can also be assured that all the money gathered wouldn't go into the pockets of the leaders it would all go back into the clan as it is a law in order to not be taxed to remain net neutral. Which means we absolutely by law cannot profit off any of this!

I'd like to revisit this topic when I get back from my Cruise and hopefully have it launched before R6 Siege releases.

If you haven't yet search for the thread topic titled "Charity" we're attempting to raise money for the WWP with a 50% split. As of right now we have raised $130 this month. Those who donate will be put in a drawing for a prize equal to the amount of the 50% Split at months end.

The rest will go to the Wounded Warrior Project which is a great cause and something we hope to do a lot more with as a Clan.

No one has to get subscription, a subscription would be something to allow members to enter the monthly giveaways and other shit ...

Would be nice to giveaway x1's or ps4's to 360 or ps3 players, just a thought. I'm always down to drop money as I waste to much on games I don't play. If maybe we had a bar set for the type of giveaway much like the site fee that could boost people's interest.

That could in essence start a spark that could let members want more. Starting somewhere to see how it goes might be the best bet. Anything positive to help the clan always down.
