Its been a while since I really got into a health grind but now I'm more serious then ever. I used to be at a comfy weight at 165. At that weight I felt confident in myself. Thats when I used to be really into my martial arts. But after a sever back injury I no longer practice anymore. I'm past the 220 mark now and need to do something. I want to be able to lose weight in a safe way to where I can feel great again and not tirerd all the time. Any suggestions and tips would be great and helpful. Mostly doing this because I want to do more with my wife and son.
