Need Help

As we know WoT released today 28th,previous to this there where quite a few people that couldn't partake in the beta testing due to the error code E:00L70.
I was hoping that this was gonna be fixed when the full game dropped but I downloaded it today and got the prompt for the update.
Waited nearly an hr for this to download just to be hit with the exact same error code as I had within the beta testing.
Has anyone else experienced this or knows what's going on??
