Hello Bravo Company,
As most of you know, you guys are a up and coming Company for CAG and with that in mind, we really need to decide who's going to take on what role within your Company.
In order to put your name in the hat you Simply need to show the following:
- Activity on the Forums
- Willingness to Help Fellow Recruits
- Actively start Recruiting for your Game Series with the J1 Team using these threads established already by clicking here
- Jump on Teamspeak to have a meeting with the JCOS Marine Commandant (CAG Nut Job) and any other JCOS members that would like to be present during the process.
With that said, we are aware that most of you guys are new and thus we are going to make this an open thing for any members who have completed their Recruitment process and even open it up to Recruits who are interested and showing that extra strive to better the Clan and most of all the PS CoD Side.
Prior to going into the meeting and establishing a time that you can be available to talk you will need to do the following:
- Download Teamspeak 3 located by clicking here (If you have a Smartphone you can also download it on the playstore) TS Server: CAGClan.teamspeak3.com - No Password.
- Review the Bravo Company HQ Chain of Command located here. Review the Job descriptions, see what you'd be most interested in.
- Review the CAG Chain of Command Located here. The ones that would be most Relevant to you guys would Division Commander (2 Star General) down to Battalion Commander (LTC).
Please keep in mind, just because you put your name in for a position does not mean you will automatically be granted that position. This thing only goes as far as you guys want to take it. I am not against putting players into a position if they are up for the task but I am also not against trial and error and removing players from those positions if they prove to not be up to the task.
With that said, come with an idea of where you'd like to be. Tell us what qualities you have. Sell yourselves to us. We WANT this to succeed and we're willing to do whatever it takes to help you guys. We just need to ensure we're putting the right people in place.
