Alright gentleman this is the setup we are probably going to use for CAG Rainbow 6. This is a first draft but I wanted to give the Company leaders a sneak preview.
We will work in teams known as A Teams. Each team will have 12 members but the team can be split up evenly to run multiple matches. The following is a list of job duties and normal rank used but this area will be tweaked later. Keep in mind most matches are 5v5 so this gives us room for missing a man and room to work with recruits without crippling a team. Our goal is to have multiple A Teams.
COMMANDER x 1
Is responsible for all administrative issues with his A Team. Leads the unit in combat and assures his team is cross trained in all operational jobs. Normally a Captain
ASSISTANT COMMANDER x 1
Covers down on all duties when Commander is not available. Takes charge of second half of team in combat operations. Normally a WO or a Lt.
Intelligence and Operations x 2
These guys primary focus is to dissect every map. Break down different point of entries and help with equipment load outs for each map. Normally a Sergeant First Class.
Communications x 2
These are your Call Out gooroos. They teach and train what call outs will be used, as well as make sure all non combat information for the team is read and understood. Normally a Sergeant First Class.
Medical Officer or NCO x 2
There primary job on the battlefield is to keep soldiers in the fight. You go down, they revive. Never the point man but can lay down damage when they get the chance. Normally a Lt. Or Sergeant First Class.
Weapons Sergeant x 2
Not sure what weapons to use on each map? Just ask one of these guys. They determine who carries what into battle. They have to learn your play style and what load out you do the best with. They also ensure the teams load out is right as a whole. Normally a Sergeant First Class.
Engineer Sergeant x 2
These are demolition and boobytrap experts. If you feel this role you better research your maps to know what to blow up and most likely avenues of approach for defense. Normally a Sergeant First Class.
These 12 make one A Team. Every one of these guys knows every other job, but specializes in his field. To these guys practice makes perfect and destroying your enemy is bliss. If you're not on one of these teams you can still play but the Team guy is the ultimate goal.
If you are interested in filling one of these positions get with your commander and let them know your intent. Once they give you the thumbs up they need to shoot me a message and let me know.
