I got to spend the day with doctors for my daughter and son.Turns out I have two special gifts from God that need a team of doctors to assist me in making sure they stay on this earth. Now I am internet searching things to help me be a better caregiver. I hope your wife is OK Wezel.

Woke up at 5. Got to work at 6:50. Left at 3:30 on the dot. Played some war thunder and then got my 10k steps. Now I'm trying to squeeze out a turd before bed. At least I only have 4 more days lol

Yeah or slam some prune juice. I think option a would taste better though lol. Hopefully all that protein helps move things along.

Woke up at oh-dark-early, did some PT, got coffee at Dunkin Donuts, processed my paperwork for job reassignment, worked on kicking a soldier out of the Army for being overweight and not making any progress, cried deeply, shit on Deborah's desk, sent a few random emails, worked on the Commander's slide deck, then went to the gym, came home, played Hardline after cooking dinner.
