I haven't seen any of the new recruits still listed here try to make any contact will me. So I feel that they are no long interested. I will send a message to them to see they are still are though. I going to work with this new recruit SACR1LEG1OUS. So can you add him to the list.

You should not be waiting for these recruits to reach out to you, they are recruits and YOU are their leader bro

YOU need to be actively perusing them, inviting them to parties/ lobbies, getting games in with them, keeping them interested. Explaining marksman and assisting with earning them and LEADING them.

I fear recruits are falling through the cracks because you are failing to take proactive steps in.

You should be monitoring their progress closely, offering help where needed and updating this list on a regular basis so others can see exactly where the recruits are in their sign up process. You need to be leading by example

If you are not following through with this stuff then why would anyone else?

They are all grown and I always pursue them to see if they need help. So ever when they don't add me. I take it to the next step and add them first. If this is the case I feel I'm no longer fit for this role as Platoon Commander.

Well, I'm sorry to hear that you wish to step down instead of leading, training and organising the recruits for the platoon you lead or "babysitting" as you refer to it.

Let me know if you change your mind and can commit to the clear post count requirements of the platoon commander position.
