Is there someway that a recruit can click on the yellow text and be directed to Marksmen requirement thread?

There is but I have already written the canned reply to include various links to recruit threads. Marksman requirements etc for all canned replies so it shouldn't be necessary

I think just the marksmen one should be so that way they have a point of view on what to expect.
