I myself worried about getting marksman when i first joined, i think most people do..

So long as you are active and we can see you are playing and trying, we can always extend your trial period... We focus on the friendships we make with each other and commitment more than we care about individual players skill - it's all about the team bro

get yourself a support or assault class made up and supply your team mates watch each others backs, once you are used to playing in a team who communicate it will all fall in to place.
