Its when you jump out of your jet snipe/shoot the other pilot in mid-air and steal their jet.
It's called a Rendezook an it's hard as fuck. I've never done it. Not sure if it's easy or the same or tougher on console. Check out ponylionhd, he does the craziest bf4 shit.

I have dived into a falling unmanned helicopter before but that's it, Which is much easier than a jet.
Those things are hard to pull off. The timing and angles are hard!
