    Now how do we start to fix his issue? He can't reset his password because he doesn't have a valid email for this site.
    He can't reset his email because he doesn't know his password.
    The email he did put into the system isn't recognized so something needs to happen where someone goes into his account and changes his email possibly? To a valid one that the site recognizes so he can reset his password. However, I'm not sure exactly.

    (I realize it's late and we can discuss this more tomorrow)
