Beastmode and some other guys have one but it's not a CAG official since TESO is not a CAG supported game.
You could start one I suppose but if you limit it to only CAG members you'll be severely limiting yourself for end game such as Alliance Wars and Trials Dungeons.

Yeah, a lot of members have grinded and seemed to drift away from the game, waiting for everyone else to reach end game material. I'm still only in the 20s and want to grind away, but have too much other gaming to do to get involved in ESOs storyI'll definitely add you though, and try to get a full day of grinding in!
I'm only 15 and I only play eso. I'll be on later today if I don't pass out again
