Bravo Company Recruit List:

In an Effort to make things simpler for everyone around, We'll use this thread for Squad & Fireteam Leaders in case they aren't aware who's a recruit. It'll have their PSN Id's and Application Date. From here you guys can assist them in getting their marksman awards.

Once they become Official Members then they'll be taken off and placed into the Roster here.

All Squad and Fire team leaders and any full time members. This is the most up to date Recruit list. Please make sure we're getting their marksman done (Some of them are complete) but get with them and let's get them all involved in Bravo Companies way of doing things.

As I add them to this list, I would like for you to take the initiative to add them and try and get them into games right away. It says a lot to a recruit when they're pulled into lobbies by the clan they're applying before, before they add them!

As you guys get into games with these guys, please make sure you're letting me know if they're actively working on their marksman so I can color code them appropriately.

I can only play 2 hours each day (because 30+ degrees at my attic) i have contacted them yesterday and wait for response so I think I Will be playing some marksman matches today

Indeed, it's not very promising when the first task I give you guys to start getting things underway is going with out any communication tonus on where you guys stand with it.

Please put more of an emphasis on this extended recruit list. I didn't dig back as far as I did for it to be neglected. I did it to give you guys a good start.

it is absolutely beneficial and imperative that you guys reach out to the people posted above and update me as you get responses from them so I can either remove them, check their forum status and kick them back to recruit if need be and color code them appropriately.

I know it's a lot of work but it could really pay off in helping you guys build this company as a lot of these guys just need their marksman games to gain membership.
