There should be a feature to show who recruited who or maybe a feature that shows how many people used the recruiter's name as referrer. Then we can have a recruitment leaderboard and prizes for #1 recruiter or something like that. Imagine how many people would recruit if there were bragging rights or a prize! Maybe a medal for top recruiter? Just throwing ideas out.

The site does keep track of who recruits who. The URL in your profile is linked to your account. And if they spell your name right under who referred them then it will link to you.
