Inform Jtsgay he has until his process date is up to post his Marksman AND comment on the Chain of Command thread.
im_d3c3p10n application is now DENIED. He must reapply if he wants to join.

he doesnt "have" to post marksman before process date but he wont be considered for any leadership roles until he does...
