Just watched this movie early on today,
It doesn't have your run of the mill hard ass actor that you would expect to see in a war era movie.It stars Brad Pitt,Shia LaBeouf and Logan Lerman.
The movies based on a tank crew lead by Pitt himself behind enemy lines in Germany where they go up against ambushes,AT guns, and overwhelming odds.
The story is pretty straight forward but if your into tanks you'll like thus movie as there are quite a few tank battles etc.
Again a pretty simple story but I found it rather compelling and worth the watch.I would recommend a look as id watch it again myself.

It is a good movie. We go see all the war type movies since that is what the hubby loves. With the exception of American Sniper. He can't do that one. Thanks for the write up on the movie. Great review. Would you give it two thumbs up?

Yeah definitely would give this movie a high rep,just the fact that it wasn't directed by a huge director and its cast didn't have a huge repertoire of celebrities but even with this being said the movie still had those captivating scenes that any other war movie does.I felt like I was on the edge of my seat at times between the battles,even the humour had me laughing.

So I would say yeah this movie is up there with the rest of the war movies that I enjoy.

Great movie! Haven't seen it more than once but if I was to come across it again it's worth a re watch.

I enjoyed the movie it was a little cliche in parts but that final fight scene as cool as it was is a bit over the top blind luck was the only thing that let them last as long when you see the ss division marching and singing there is a hell of a lot of panzerfausts on shoulders that new how to use them the ss may have absorbed hitler youth but it was the wiermacht that got the old men ,boys and injured to fight with IMO im just saying it would be a miracle to last that long but I also believe with righteousness on your side miracles can happen I'm sorry for being a picky ahole still all in all best war movie in ages badass to see armour in action

yes i saw in the theater and just re rented the other day, talk about a war movie. i throughly enjoyed it
