Battlefront: This is Not the Thread You're Looking For..

So. Who is pumped for some battlefront? My impressions thus far is the game will be epic. The 42 man count sucks, but the maps seems contained in a way similar to rush for the main mode. The gameplay itself seems perfect for that game as it is arcadey but not as bad as hard-line. The random ass battle pickups seems annoying, along with the mechanics of wrapping a cable on the large walkers (auto flies around it with a minigame). Other than that it looks like a delightful take on a saturated shooter market.

I haven't seen any video of the game but a lot of people are saying that it's going to kick ass.....i might check some game play tonight n post videos of it...

Hoping it is good. Used to be a huge bf fan, would play 1 and 2 all the time back in the day. Haven't seen the full gameplay, will do that here shortly.

Yeah me neither with the game footage,I really don't know what to make of it.Yes star wars kicked ass completely,it was a big part of my childhood interest.When I think of battle games ie fps I think of war,military etc and generally a great game based on any general war or uprising excites me.Battlefront will no doubt be a game a lot of people pay huge interest in as the original battlefield genre has been around for quite some time now.May well be a fresh new twist on it but like every game im skeptical up until maybe the first month after release.

Should be intresting to see how it turns out. I watched the trailer they released for ps4 and it looks fun. I remeber the old battlefront being a ton of fun. Won't be surprised to see this game take off.

Looks cool but I'm definitely gonna wait until it's been out a few weeks before I scoop it after the way the last few EA games were such worthless pieces of shit at launch. Fingers crossed.

Yeah, might not be first day pickup unless perfect reviews. Also blops 3 and fallout come out alongside that in a two week span. Too many games this year.

From what I saw it looks pretty epic. There's a lot of really good games this year. To the point I'm just gonna have to ask for gamestop gift cards for my birthday and Christmas just to be able to afford them all
