Thought it does sound like a good idea, the skill set would change drastically. We'd have some people who play AW a few times every 2 or so months while BF is their strong suit, they could do bad. It is a good idea overall.

I realised that, that's why I qualified it a little with the quoted post of yours, I'd rather get everyone on the same page by mixing it up in fairness, was just spit balling as you do lol

This is where fireteams come into play ... players who play regularly should already be set as fireteams and squads ... that would prove what fireteam, squads , platoons and companies are elite ... fuck balancing teams out lol ..

Although i don't like pushing things onto other people, I'd need to let either head of company or squad leaders know in advance, so then they could hit up their squad/company members through something like an announcement.
Then we'd need to do a vote on who will and wont join in. This could be done by 2 threads, replying with yes on one, and no on the other.
Find out what times they are in and when they can get on, organising a proper day, like a weekend when activity of the clan isz at it's peak.
Then their is the factor of what rules we would use on the server/lobby.

That's one way to look at it, the balancing part would come down to looking at the player's individual skill, and then being sorted for the tournament by the director of the specific tournament.

But surely as far as the bravo guys go we'd need a little help from the more established whisky guys, I mean I've played maybe a total of 3 hours on conquest since I got bf so rainy or jb for example would fuck me up simply because they know the subtleties of the game where as I don't, just as I'd probably give them a hiding on aw for the same reason(never seen them on aw so an assumption obviously)
