• CAG Promotion video- People participating by showing their face saying their gamertag, position, how long they have been in CAG, or why they love CAG, why you should join, and then show their gameplay. Must be okay to show their face publically on youtube and also their gameplay.

Changes:
MAIN
Director of Social Team: Tries to help improve the group as well as oversee the Co-Directors and Manager. Reviews articles and media before it actually goes public and sends it to approval to “higher-ups”.

Co-Directors: Helps the director sort the media team and try to help improve the group.

Head Departments for all groups: Will oversee what the each group is doing and how well they are doing their job.

Head of Articles and News: Oversees the Manager of Staff and see how well his/her staff is doing.

Manager of Staff for News-Recruits and reviews the staff and reviews that articles that they post.

Staff:writes and posts stories on what is happening and what new things are out there
*All help in making the CAG newsletter, member of the month, and promotions, and special annoncements.

Head of Youtube- Oversees the Manager of Staff and see how well his/her staff is doing.

Manager of Youtube Channel- Recruits and reviews the staff and reviews the youtube videos to see if they are in line and help CAG gain more members.

Staffost youtube videos to help gain more CAG members!

Head of Design Team: Oversees the production of the designers as a whole and reports to the director and helps decided who is in the team or not.
Manager: Reports to the Head if needed
Designers: Make signatures, avatars, and intros.

Recruitment: (suggestion)
Officer Recruiter- Overseas that all recruiters do their job
Recruiter: two from each company, go to sites that let us advertise for our clan

Well shit... I had no idea about this meeting. I've been off the forums all week to study but I am back now. I can't make 10:30 because I'm leaving tonight for the beach. Is there a time you want to meet to discuss the design team?
