CAG Gardens..... Just the Legal Plants Please....lol

Hey all i wanted to start a new thread to be able to share some of the moments of the year in my garden as that is what usually keeps me busier and more tired in the summer....lol

So i will keep you all posted with pics from time to time and feel free to add your own garden pics maybe we can all learn and support each other in yet another aspect of our lives....lol

So last year this is what i had......

    7b77768cbaf326aac569767908db4261

Added 16 pepper plants into that small 6' x 5' patch of terraform, yeilded moderately so it was decided to expand to a larger, 15' x 10' section of our domain.

    ecc7c29a426bf5175d6514385313a101

The inlaws have startes 2 or 3 field tomatoes plant hot house i presume, 3 cherry tomato plants, a few red bell pepper plants and some cucumber. I need to go buy some sproutlings this weekend... Jalapeño , Habañero, Green Bell Peppers are on the menu and the rest will be chosen at the greenhouse.

Also we have this back corner garden...

    0f2ed927f0328317d7cb19274083b489

Has a lilac that was in a pot for 2 years at my inlaws and it's been in my yard for 3 summers so far, sadly no blooms yet but i know as it matures in to a tree it will no doubt take over that back corner, for now i have tried transplanting a sumac sapling but it may not make it. I want to plant rasberry bush back there on either side.

That basically takes you to my hummingbird friendly garden where most of my plants attract and feeds them for the summer.

Ok so for those of you who are still reading thanks for not being lazy....lol if you just looked at the pictures then this will be a new inside joke for those of us who did...lol

Please share your gardens and i will keep you all updated on mine.

I was going to plant habaneros this year but I might be too late on that. We have a peach tree along with a blueberry bush and we sectioned off a garden this year. I'll take some pix eventually.

I have a huge garden. Will join in posting photos later. Corn, pepper, chilies, tomatoes, peas, watermelon, squash, tomatoes, jalapeño, two varties of super hot peppers. Extensive herb garden. Going to sell my salsa at the green market this year to spread the joy. We also have 10 laying hens so I get fresh eggs daily. I love gardens.

I like how the seed packet says peppers may burn skin. Never knew they were that lethal.

My New Mexico Chili plants that seemed to want to live when the others refused to grow in Louisiana.

Crappy pictures and they look rough do the storms but we are producing cucumbers and Kale already. I love my little farm life.

Had to battle a bunny last couple of days. Motherfucker took out a pepper plant and a cucumber plant. So when i caught one of the little MoFo's this morning just lounging in my yard i went prime evil on the little pest. I will spare you the details but blood was shed and i am unharmed...lol wentnout to the store and got some Bloodmeal. Between that little bitches blood and the blood meal my yard should smell like a carnivores den to them and keep them out. And as an added bonus the pure nitrogen it provide my soil will get those plants to the greenest of greens.
