Predators Squad,

Time and Time again we are seeing people signing up and committing to Clan Wars. Duckonquack is putting in the work to organize teams and get them setup and you guys aren't sticking to your commitments. That NEEDS to end TODAY. Anyone else, decides to do this you are automatically going to be removed from the Competitive Roster and you can join the casual roster.

If you are unwilling to stick to your own word, then what are you willing to do? It's time that people being a man or woman of their word and show up when they say they're going to. Respect the work that the Intelligence Officer and NCO is putting in.

On top of this, from my understanding. Queen / Gundoc and Duckonquack will be setting up gaming nights where the clan / Company will practice Game modes we are particularly weak at i.e. CTF / Uplink and start establishing some kind of strategy to prepare you guys for CW on a larger margin then just the typicaly Domination / Kill Confirmed / TDM / HC TDM etc.

If you want to be apart of CW, it is imperative that you show up to these games. NO ONE is above showing up for them. Myself / Parch / Nut / Randy included.

If need be, we can setup multiple nights to do this and I can even get on and host a lobby for an night so that everyone has an opportunity to know the game plan etc.

Things are going to change in Predators and you guys are going to start being held accountable to your word. It's your call whether you're there or not we give you that freedom but IF you say you're going to be there. YOU NEED to be there. Plain and simple.

Read and Understood. I would like to point out, however, my work schedule has increased dramatically. I am now working almost every day and generally between the times of 2PM-11PM EST. I can attempt to make some practice sessions, but they will need to be early or late.

And this is also the reason I haven't been around too often. Work is really taking a toll on me this time around.

Those things are understandable and if you're unable to make it. All you need to do is say so. That's fine. We don't expect everyone to make it 100% of the time. We understand it's summer time and people have lives / jobs and families.

Ragez, If my conversions are right 2pm est is around 7pm gmt so I can get on nice and early for ya to run a few games if ya want, and there are a few other people who are on most days around the same times(prod1gy, nickw for starters)

Just a little clarification needed.

Hows this going to work duck? Once a week? More frequent? im more than happy to do it but i obviously dont want to sacrifice the modes i enjoy either(hctdm and core tdm) and get good xp on to play modes i genuinly hate(uplink, ctf).

Also, most clan wars the teams tend to be the same, so I'd rather practice with them guys as opposed to you and Randy for example who I've NEVER played with in a competitive setting(no offence to you or Randy, your good players and always run sound lobbies, I just see 0 point in gelling to your play styles to then have to get used to other people, kinda takes away the point IMO)

As always, I'm quite happy to jump on pretty much whenever and even run my own lobby if it helps tho just hit me up with details as and when.

It's fine, you're not stepping away from game modes you love constantly. This isn't a grind it for a week straight thing. I'm nit sure how they intend to set it up but it will probably only be an hour or 2 a week

I would agree to a point with Villian. The practice settings should be as close to what the actual teams would be during CW's that way it gets the best payoff for the time spent practicing. Then once a few practice sessions have been done switching teams up a little here and there to get a feel for the best team setup for each game mode might be a good idea.

The team format will be changing from my understanding teams will be setup once more and they will not be changing again. We're going to figure out who the "Slayers" are and equally distribute them on every team then equally distribute players so that all teams are balanced.

This allows for not only balanced teams, but for your teams to figure out your weaknesses and strengths and get together and practice together on your own time as well.
