All looks pretty good if we can set up this game night and we are able to get everyone on to participate. Just throwing an idea up maybe on game nights we set it up as a little friendly competition? Maybe have the 1 to 3 groups depending on who shows go head to head in a little pub stomping competition.
Something like each group must win 5 games of say Dom ; move on to playing ctf, uplink, s&r or s&d. Maybe through a hardcore into the mix each week and rotate the game types each week so that way we kind of touch base on multiple game types each week. Maybe set it up that you've got to get 5 wins in 4 different game types each week or something.
