Read and Understood, I'll do my best to make to Game Nights.
Discussion for the Predators of the Marine Corps. SOC (Special Operations Command).
To your posts villian and sneeky the final details have not been worked out yet but when They are I will make a post explaining it. However what I'm think is once a week for an hour or two we will do this to practice the modes we are weak at. I will also most likely be doing away with the draft and evenly distributing teams across the board for obvious reasons. When this is done teams will stay the same and will make it easier to get to know who you are playing with. So yes you will be playing with the same team in wars and moreover practice because of this from here on out

Thank you duck and beast for the clarification, this makes a little more sense to me now and seems like a great idea moving forward, I've always felt like doing a 'weekly game night' was a good idea and would add cohesion to groups if done correctly
Maybe even doing something on the lines of:
Week 1: play 2 hrs of uplink with CW team
Week 2: play ctf with CW team
Week 3: play Dom? With CW team
Week 4: get together with players you might not have played with before to build on clan unity and romp pubs for an hour or two.
All done in 2? Hour slots for example and it serves 2 purposes, we get to have a cohesive group of competitive teams, and doing a random teams day allows new gaming relationships to be formed with players you might not nessecarily game with on a regular basis.
That I can get behind with no issues whatsoever
Ffs another long winded post but I feel it to be an important issue so, again, I apologise for the wall of words lol

I totally understand the reasoning behind it. I just say that a team put together for what we play most times might not suit ctf. But practicing together may help that. I was just saying that it might be beneficial to look at teams based on game type.
What I mean by that is the following:
Standard game setup
group 1
player 1
player 2
player 3
player 4
player 5
player 6
group 2
player 7
player 8
player 9
player 10
player 11
player 12
then for game specific needs move players that play better for that game type
for example for ctf
group1
player 12
player 1
player 2
player 3
player 4
player 5
group 2
player 6
player 7
player 8
player 9
player 10
player 11
if any of that makes sense.
