Top is his tapatalk feed, bottom is the response to launch the site on browser, any advice or a fix would be appreciated
Hmmm very weird...I just looked into it and I didn't have any problems logging on through tapatalk or safari ...

its his isp.... he needs to change his ip address..... turning his router off for a few hours can sometimes trigger this
i have had this problem twice before
