Just played with the an-94 and I like the gun as it is a breath of fresh air. I would only run the gun on burst because the fire rate is horrendous on full auto.
It's a great mid range and long range rifle. You'll still get beaten in close quarters with it by the AEK, mtar, ACWR, but it's a neat gun.
Just aim for DAT head!

Yes it did! It is definitely a breath of fresh air. Everything seems balanced. The new ballistic model is superb. Gunfights seem more evenly matched so skill and stratagem play larger roles.
