Another good thing is possibly pcpartpicker.com I know Blame had a 400+ Build but it's gear towards gaming.
My i5 was around 240, motherboard 130, ram was around 80ish that's 450 but you can find something I'm almost positive.
Ill check that site out Randy, my cousins got a motherboard he said I can have at a reasonable price(he's just upgraded) and I'll post the specs once it's in hand, apparently it's pretty good tho
