    External Party Systems.

I understand the problem with Xbox live party system may not be a big issue.

But when we start up strums again this idea of an external system would help that out.

Maybe a team speak on the PC, or one of the free phone apps. Any ideas would he cool.
This would like allow us to use the faster game speak while keeping us in touch with each other when needed.

Maybe it could become a better way to have multiple squads work together. One main squad who has a person in charge of the whole team, or maybe of two squads.

NOTE: I understand that for use to get that many people to play BF4 is rare but last night we maxed a party.

That is a good point. I'll have to try that out. I heard there was a limit tho.

I don't really play BF but does it not have in game chat like COD does? or is it just too cumbersome with lots of people in the game trying to talk? I have run a teamspeak server in the past and could easily set one up again for this if people thinks its needed.

It has a squad talk but not team or server. Bf3 did but they took out team speak.

I do miss trash talking after a good game in cod tho.

The best thing I can think of I to run two 4 man squads per party. That way it can be organized so they are taking two different points, or working one point together from two angles of attack to try and throw off defenders.

I just think more voices than that are somewhat cumbersome to battlecom. If there's more people start another party and have it play in the same fashion.

Problem is getting those squads working in unison. We need a easy way for squad leaders to communicate as well as the squads themselves.

If you use game chat and have a commander the commander can liaison between the four squads commanders. Beyond that, I feel two four man squads should be able to be independent enough to fight their own battles, so to say.
