Hey all! After our success last clan wars, cowboy and myself have reached a decision to change the process of clan wars a little, so things will hopefully run a little smoother on our end. These will not be big changes, but will be changes in the setup before the war takes place. The process from here on out will be as followed:
1. Announcement of Clan Wars
2. Contacting by a POC
3. Posting Availability by a certain date
4. Draft
5. Posting of teams
6. reworking of teams if need be
7. Clan Wars
This will be the process of clan wars from here on out. Furthermore, after a conversation with myself, cowboy, and beast, a decision has been made to remove CAG Twonn as a clan wars POC. The reason behind this was explained to Twonn by myself by message. This message simply said
"Hey twonn, after discussion with cowboy and beast a decision has been made to remove you as a clan wars POC. The reason behind this was a lack of commitment to draft and to contacting your team. Furthermore, a failure to show up to the last clan wars leads us to need someone else for this position. If you have any further questions about this feel free to contact me. Thanks."
For this reason, a position for clan wars POC is now available. The requirements are an availability to be present for the draft, contacting players to let them know of the draft, and contacting your team. Furthermore, you will lead a team during wars. If this is something that interests you please let me know.
