Skullcandy's Soundmine speaker is pretty good for cheap, fits in most pockets, unless you wear those weird tight jeans. Quick and easy to put toons but stay aware, pretty much wherever. The anxiety is a PITA, but I bet there's a good way to manage it that hasn't reared its head for ya yet.

Well finally diagnosed with an anxiety disorder after all these years and I feel so much better, calmer, and relaxed. For the people who've known me knew I got worried easily and my head was racing about so many things. It is now fixing the problem and I feel so much better. I'm no longer continuing doing certain bad activities, but looking out for my fellow teammates. Smoking isn't for everyone!!

Be careful if they put you on Xanax. That shit eats holes in your brain and you can catch a seizure when you stop taking it.

I'm not on xanax but clonazepam(.5mg) and sertraline (50 mg but half of one so actually 25)

I think that may be a benzo. Look into though, benzos can really fuck with you.
