I think It is a decent Idea and a nice change of pace I haven't seen a game out that has a good understanding of modern tanks

There is one on pc which is in beta that has modern tanks. I forget the name

Armored warfare, from what I've seen it plays a lot like WoT. The only weird thing is that you pick a faction and each faction focuses on a play style rather then being split up by nation.
