PTSD And Ways To Deal With It.

    Hey guys,

thought about starting a tread where if there are any Vets with PTSD we can discuss ways we have found to deal with it. Dont know how many are out there but here at least we all have a few things in common.
Im not talking about drinking it away or shit like that but actual productive ways. Please feel free to share.

For me riding my harley and playing airsoft have helped alot.
