I'll have to think this one out here.
I made this one because for a fw different reason. 1. We had I think 7 CAG members who have been trying to get in and couldn't. And 2. Me myself and a few others don't honestly like CAG being involved with anything that openly states you have to get high to be in this guild and a few other things that yours states. I'm not starting a fight about this. I was asked by other members about this since they couldn't get in to the other 1.

If people were trying to get in, they didn't message me or anyone else regarding it. As for the getting high, that's clearly a joke as I don't smoke weed or do any drugs period. Ya'll do you, but you're crippling yourself by forcing players to do a Marksman on a different game JS more power to you - I just know none of us will be following you. G'luck though!
What's there to think about? That's like a double negative you post the above and then you need to think about something?
You said yourself "it will never be supported" so people can be a part of whichever guild they choose just like any other game we don't support.
Simple, right?

Let me cut a long story short of what I think on this,
As far as I was aware Beast had a guild set up and rolling, also growing in numbers.
My guess is some people that hadn't yet joined the guild that beast had set up where unaware the was one and for those who did initially didn't send a request to join.Hell I didn't even know Beast had set one up until I noticed it in game so I then in turn request to join said guild.
Me being a UK player my timezone I shit from those within the guild and therefore dont get much playtime with them but still Beast accepted the request(bear in mind im only level 14/15 so when it comes to having to be a high level I think that's simply not the case with it)
I do see the fact that it wont be a supported game and thus what randy stated with players being able to join any guild should fine but I ask u all for some common sense with this.
Should it not be common sense to have all CAG sense we are all family under the one guild?
That's like us whiskey guys essential having 2 battlelog platoons which defeats the purpose of the platoon.essentially its very clear to me that we shouldn't create a divide especially when its a game that's no going to be supported which having 2 guild will essential do.CAG members should be playing together regardless
Edit - this is only my views on the fact that we should always promote CAG members playing together always.

Essentially what I was thinking as well. If we're all enjoying the same game there's absolutely 0 reason to separate 2 guilds from one another. Then all you're doing is forming cliques and then we start competing for players within the clan to join one another's guild and it could cause unnecessary drama.
The whole must get high to join thing and not being a fan of the phrase is petty. I don't smoke weed, I don't do drugs and am currently in the recruiting phase for my local County Sheriffs office so I also don't support it. However, I tend to know the guys that jokingly set this up to play along with our theme of "MMO's B4 Hoes" guild name. It's all in fun and games.
Like I said though, the guys we currently have. Will NOT be leaving to join a CAG only guild that is setting up a requirement of completing a Marksman on a different game (which it will need to be done as this isn't a supported game by CAG thus there isn't a Marksman requirement) in order to join the Guild. That's a cripple to yourself.
You're welcome to create your own guild. I just disagree with it. All it takes to get a guild invite is an XBL message and I'll do what I can to get on and get an invite sent. If they didn't get an invite it's because I didn't get a message or didn't notice the message. It doesn't hurt to reach out to me until you get the invite.
However, currently we already have 5 lvl 60's in the guild and a couple more about to ding 60 in a couple days. M1nty, Gods and Myself have also rolled 2nd Characters which we feel the guild needs (Cleric / Tank) to better support Dungeon runs to get those players that hit 60 geared up in Dungeons quicker. We are currently in the 30's with those new characters.
To me, it makes 0 sense to divide the 2 and it was a bit shocking that you would quit the guild that you knew we already established which contained a number of different CAG members 20++ to make your own CAG affiliated only guild, but to each their own.
Edit: I noticted I quoted Johnbai and stated "Your" a lot as if what I was saying was directed at him. It is directed at Breaks though.
He wasn't demoted, permissions were moved up so that Randoms weren't getting invited until we got the CAG members moved in here first. We needed to see where we stood in terms of Needs etc. before inviting Randoms. If we could fill our needs with Strictly CAG members and keep it oriented that way, that was our goal. As it's a lot more rewarding to gear out your friends then to gear out randoms who could leave for greener pastures down the road. We're all committed to eachother outside of Neverwinter so no fear of that there.
