I understand a recruit saying this might not be wise for me but woth the 10-12 years i have with gaming and being solo at first then joining clans after and running 2 i just would like to show my insight on a few things. If this is in the wrong place i am sorry and someone can help me move it to the right place.
Since I joined like a week ago (week ago) *do the dance that goes with that song*, I have seen posts about the Xbox one recruits and I believe you guys probably did it for the 360 before the new console came out but why don't you guys still do that?
That was my question now here is my ideas. My first idea is (if still supporting 360 until Microsoft stops making games for it) is to still have a thread about 360 recruits. I know I am eventually going to transfer to Xbox one just like most when Microsoft stops providing the games for it but until then the same type of threads for recruits on X1 and 360 should at least be up.
If supporting X1 and 360 then I believe there should at least be a sub-forum for that game or like a full blown roster that is updated every month or every other week. Like typed out for alpha company, or bravo, etc. So then people can have a list besides going into the roster tab and just scrolling down to possibly find something. One of the clans I was in before had rosters for every game that they supported so it would have for example that the 360 had me and so many others as active players in a section, casual players, then leadership above that. I believe it helped out when people needed to look into who they had on their game specific roster.
Most clans have certain people designated for recruiting people into their clan. I understand some clans have everybody help out but I have notice there are usually the same people posting on intro threads not because it is a pain but because they want the clan to succeed and grow into numbers. I would like to throw the idea of possibly doing this at some point in time if the leadership here would like to give it a try, it's all on them not me.
I honestly have loved my week of playing with onixewok, prog, azreal, drak, joe, and battledonkey. I have never played woth a group like them because a lot of people I used to play with care more about kills instead of winning the game, which I kinda care about my kills but I also understand even if I get 50 kills if my team loses then it doesn't matter that I had the most kills.
