Odd 360 Issue Question

Has any of you ever had a problem with your wireless controllers not connecting or connecting and constantly disconnecting. I've resorted to using a wired controller since I can't seem to figure it out. and before you ask yes the batteries are charged and or fresh. Any thoughts are welcome

Asking the second stupid question: Are they synched to your 360?

Have you tried different wireless controllers or borrowed someone else's to see if it's the controller?

I've synced them and even bought a new one. It's the strangest thing

Open the controller, the sync button just a wee bit of plastic at the top, pop it out

Used to have that issue, ended up hard reseting the system and it worked rather quickly for me, I would also try someone elses controller to see if that woul dhave any impact, if not, may want to get it looked at, those controllers can be finickiny sometimes

Just noticed that when I try and sync only the bottom 2 lights flash. My 360 is super old maybe it's starting to break down
