ive had turtle beaches for a few years now and ive been very impressed with them recently i upgraded from still using my x12s and got me some xo fours. plugging them directly into the controller they sounded great but i couldnt get them to work correctly while trying to use my elgato so i returned them today and got me some Razer Krakens just using them for a little i can definitely tell that the sound quality and comfort surpass that of the xo fours plus them being the Razer they are designed for the computer but have the 3mm cable needed to use them for the one you can use them for computer gaming and most consoles. they also have a retractable mic so if youre wanting an over the ear headphone for music listening then you can use these without having a mic hanging off your face. if youre on a budget these were not all that bad costing less then the co fours.
my first impression on these is good and thats what this reply is based off of but i have no clue how well these do for wearing for a long time or how well they will be in the future but my current suggestion are the Razer Krakens if you want to know more hit me up in a week or two and ill let you know how they have done for me
